B. 素食魚翅
為植物性纖維製成,無動物性成分,湯汁清澈,滑而不膩,適合素食者食用
調理例:

將素食魚翅浸泡於水中約1小時。

加入香菇、竹筍、大白菜、紅蘿蔔等拌炒調味。

The simple discrimination method is as follows:
A. The true sharkfin — made from fish or sharkfin, containing animal collagen. After cooking, the soup becomes sticky, and it tastes greasy.
B. The vegetarian sharkfin — made from plant fiber, free of animal ingredients. After cooking, the soup remains clear and tastes smooth but not greasy. Suitable for vegetarians.
VEGETARIAN SHARKFIN (100% Meatless)
Ingredients: Vegetarian sharkfin, fatty chay, mushroom, bambooshoot, cabbage, carrot, etc.
Cooking method:

Put sharkfin into water to soak for an hour or more.

Add with mushroom and add water till boil.

Sharkfin together with all prepared ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
(After cooking suitable to add some vinegar or sesame oil.)
